Which of us is not fascinated
to see someone moving their body to the rhythm of music .We all are natural
born dancers, some of us do it in style and some of us know to shake it a bit
too but are often shy at times but we all like to dance to the music anyway .We
all like to express bursts of joyful emotions in the form of dance in different
exuberant settings such as in a social meet ups, dance nights, contests, paid
performances or making it a career choice. How do you define what dance
actually is: Renowned dancers say it's a form of expression and movement that
involves rhythmically moving the body to music. It is often done wherever there
is some sort of celebration jubilation in a perfect vibrant backdrop most of
all it can be enjoyed as a hobby or a pursuit as a top notch professional
career. Dancing can take many forms, including ballet, hip-hop, salsa,
ballroom, contemporary, and many more. It is not only a physical activity but
also an art form that allows individuals to express themselves creatively.
Dancing is known to have vast array of benefits such as physical and mental
health benefits, improving cardiovascular fitness, coordination, flexibility,
and overall mood. It can also be a way to connect with others, build
confidence, and relieve stress.
Here are few of the stories of the great dancers of our times that I like to bring forth to grace this para of the blog .The story of those you will read about shows how these individuals have left an indelible mark on the world stage through their exceptional talent, artistry, and dedication to craft.
Misty Copeland is

Mikhail Baryshnikov is
